Procurement and logistic Officer We are looking to hire Procurement and Logistic Officer – female to handle the following Tasks: Procurement : • Prepare purchase orders and ensure that the terms and conditions of purchase orders are met. • Ensure that all delivery requirements, specifications and payment terms are met. • Issue purchase orders based on instructions from business account manager. • Issue the shipping instructions based on instructions from logistics manager. • Track procurement and shipments and ensuring smooth running at all times. • Ensure that all documents received are checked then filed into the correct and appropriate file to facilitate retrieval at a later date. • Goods return & recall processing. • Process repairs/loans requests. • Prioritize shipments to avoid any penalties that may arise due to delay of shipments. • Deal with any problems that may arise and refer to the direct Manager for any unresolved issues taking deadlines into account. • Process all training requirements. • Prepare monthly report for purchasing vs. target progress. • Ensure that records and files of pending and current shipments are always up to date. • Create and maintain an organized and clear filing structure. • Send weekly report for Open Orders.
