The website www.benaa.org.jo has been established as an output of the project Training for Water and Energy Efficiency Development-TWEED

The TWEED project was implemented by the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Jordanian Ministry of Water and Irrigation (MWI). Bilateral agreements have been signed between GIZ, MWI and with the implementing partner Vocational Training Corporation (VTC).  TWEED will contribute through market-oriented vocational training to a more efficient use of water and energy in the building sector

benaa is the main gateway which assists young people to experience the world of crafts. benaa informs young people about vocational trainings, job opportunities and courses within the construction sector, especially in water and energy. It advises interested people in choosing a profession. Jobs will be provided by the function as an online job board. The image of handicraft occupations, especially blue collar jobs, will be improved and the awareness towards these occupations will be raised.The Jordanian Construction Contractors Association (JCCA) manages and operates the website www.benaa.org.jo

تأسس الموقع الالكتروني (www.benaa.org.jo)  كأحد مخرجات مشروع التدريب على  تطوير كفاءة استخدام المياه والطاقة (TWEED)والذي تنفذه الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) نيابة عن الوزارة الاتحادية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ) في المانيا ووزارة المياه والري الأردنية (MWI)، وقد تم توقيع اتفاقيات ثنائية بين الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي ووزارة المياه والري ومع الشريك القائم بالتنفيذ وهو مؤسسة التدريب المهني (VTC). ويهدف مشروع التدريب على  تطوير كفاءة استخدام المياه والطاقة (TWEED) الى زيادة كفاءة استهلاك المياه والطاقة في قطاع البناء من خلال برامج التدريب المهني التي تلبي احتياجات سوق العمل.

وموقع بناء benaa هو البوابة الرئيسية التي يستطيع الشباب من خلالها التعرف على عالم الحرٍف، حيث يقوم هذا الموقع باعلان فرص التدريب وفرص العمل لدى التدريب المهني ، ومعلومات عن مواقع مراكز التدريب والدورات المتوفرة فيما يختص بقطاع المياه والطاقة،  كما يعمل الموقع على مساعدة الأشخاص المهتمين في اختيار المهنة المناسبة ويعرض فرص العمل المتوفرة في القطاع الخاص وسيعمل على تغيير الصورة العامة ورفع مستوى الوعي حول الحرف المهنية.

 وتتولى  نقابة مقاولي  الانشاءات الأردنيين (JCCA)  مهمة الاشراف على ادارة وتشغيل موقع بناء(www.benaa.org.jo) .
